Our prices are per apartment and day for a minimum stay of 7 nights for the specified number of people.
Tourist tax
Persons aged 14 years and over will have to pay a tourist tax of € 1,35 per person per day. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay: it is payable on departure.

Arrival and departure
The apartment will be ready at 2 p.m. on the day of arrival, on the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the apartment at 10 a.m.
Confirmation of your reservation
Bookings are considered firm after receipt of the deposit payment of at least 30% of the full arrangement amount.
Payment methods
Bank transfer and cash payment (up to a maximum of EUR 1,999.99)
Cancellations
Cancellations and alterations of your booking are free up to 50 days prior to your arrival. 60% of the total amount will be charged for a cancellation up to 7 days before you arrive and within the last week we charge the full amount of your stay. In case of a sudden early departure, late arrival or absence the full amount has to be paid. In order to save you inconveniences and additional costs, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.
